The PTAB ruling 100% in SFOR’s favor is the key to this case. When we win the appeal I believe SA will surrender, unless they want to delay the inevitable. I also believe the ruling will come sooner then later because of the PTAB decision as well as the recent Supreme Court Alice rulings. Either way SFOR is in a great position.
