Every time I email Scott Terry he gives me substantive responses. I have never had any problem whatsoever with him in terms of getting responses to my questions. I learned that the planes are being worked on, when they will be ferried to the states, and many other things by just asking him. I have even called him and gotten responses to my questions. He may not PR a lot, but he answers my questions when I reach out to him.
