Not sure what you mean when you say log on. Are you a customer that is actually trying to log into the application or just view the website. What computer, what browser, what version. I think you are going to find others here with the same combination and it works fine.
In either case it's worth trying...
Step 1 - Clear your cache
Step 2 - Reboot your computer
Step 3 - Go back to the website
Step 4 - If it continues to happen, check with someone that has a computer and ask them to go to the website. If it works fine, your computer has issues.
I am very familiar with supporting desktops across a very large enterprise. Many times someone's computer gets screwed up and things don't work. I tell them it's not the application that is screwed up, it's their computer. Words they don't want to hear. People can download so much crap, it can make 1 or many things not work. Why and iPhone works so well is the stuff you download has been screened nine ways to Sunday. Closed market.
