I’m not sure if the company is intentionally keeping the price low, as that could be borderline stock manipulation. I think they are blackout period due to 60 day window for ticker change.
Like HSALT said, I think it’s investors/traders keeping the price down (and doesn’t help that company chooses to remain silent until ticker change is complete)
