I suspect that 'not' divulging selected info into the public domain is the entire point of this pending 'protective order'.....as illustrated by the following wording in the submittal:
"protective order limiting the disclosure, use & dissemination of confidential information"
I don't know which party is requesting this order or for what purpose. I suppose it could be at QMCs' behest to safeguard some data for unknown reasons, but I suspect it's more likely a ploy by the predator VC's to conceal the pattern of their dubious litigation history &/or abuse of the legal system (which many courts frown on). But, who knows, your guess is as good as mine.
