I agree. It's an all assclown and cornholer circus at those board meetings, guaranteed.
Over the last few years, I've read that the SEC was going to this and the SEC was going to that, but it still seems to me that if your company is listed on the OTC, it's open season on your ass.
You might be able to do something, IF you have a boat load of cash you can afford to throw at the problem.
Most just get the shaft as their share prices kiss the curb, and the owners of LieHub are more than happy to be of assistance.
