If Dominion wasn't selling, we would be at 10-20 cents right now.
To clarify some other posts, there is no "4%" who are selling, Of the 4% of the toxics who didn't participate in the tender exchange, an additional $350k (1.5%) have already signed on to the tender exchange per the filings. The remaining 3.5%, or about $500k have not. However they do not have any shares to sell. They are waiting to be bought out, no doubt for a discount, because they have no other options. Then whoever buys them will participate in the tender exchange. They obviously want their cash now even if they have to take less rather than waiting.
Another thing I've seen on the other Board, Dominick does not have 40 million shares, they have 20 million shares. They got a promissory note for $500k for services rendered which they converted at 2.5 cents per share which equals 20 million shares. BMI (Chan) also received 20 million shares in this same way from their $500k promissory note. Then Chan got the other shares they have from several small loans they made.
