I agree - that 14M from NITE will just be a few small holders with 2M>4M - as are all the other MM orders - from a few who were impatient when they saw 60M+ at .0006 (which will not be an issue).
The majority of shares bought at .0004 are in the hands of the long-term repeat traders who will be holding for the .0010>.0020 range. Most of their inventory loaded at .0004 is to last for all the runs in 2018 - not just this one.
You can already see how near impossible it will be to get any .0004s to reload now.
