You should also keep in mind that putting "CBD Infused" on the product label and in the ingredients list instead of just hemp extract infused won't always be frowned on by Amazon.
Once they can go ahead with that labeling, sales should get a nice shot in the arm and the search engines will increase sales in a big way.
The feds will soon pass legislation that federally allow fully legal distribution which will lead to most if not all states almost immediately permitting it as well.
Once that occurs there will no longer be any reason for Amazon to avoid full disclosure on products. At present, they're covering their asses to avoid negative publicity and unnecessary costs.
