The "UpListing" Is very important, as it will show that PNCH means business and is a player!!!  This should be of paramount importance to Management!  This uplisting cannot just be spoken of, it MUST be done at all costs. This move will put a big damper on the naysayer crowd IMO.

Management must be careful not to put things out there that truly cannot be accoplished! These things just fuel the fire storm. Steve & Joseph must Focus & continnue to Move this Company forward. There is NO turning back now, we have come a very long way to NOT get this done!  PNCH
