Meeting was set up via email, then it became a phone channel. Currently it's mainly weChat.
Questions that were asked/answered were many but the information gleaned got cut short upon arrival, the swap station part of the interaction was emphasized but more details not given until a later date.
He did know the company was public but did not answer many details until after a phone call was made during the visit which was stifled.
Employee shares were not broached.
Nasdaq has only been mentioned by Wang, we have had no specific info on timing by Han Zhiming.
Swap stations was the no. 1 thing referenced.
That and Han was prepared to come to the US in the immediate, with help from our people here. We will see how THAT plays out.
