Here friends...apparently BBB doesn't know how to read a filing.
I know BBB is very proud of her arithmetic resulting in round numbers, but the shares she is so worried about are very clearly stated in the last Q report. Hopefully, for her sake, she is just pretending that she is confused in order to create uncertainty for others:
"Subsequent to March 31, 2018, an investor converted 14,700 Series B Preferred stock in to 147,000,000 shares of common stock."
