You give credit to what they have to say. And what they have to say deserves zero credit. They don't even care what they say. They are to get to get clicks or recognition. Give them neither and they get themselves deleted as they turn up the vile rhetoric.
Speak in broad strokes and speak above them. That way their voice goes unheard, gets buried behind facts and they have to continue to respond to you.
