I guess my question(which only SB knows the answer) is after all this time has Delaware been negotiated and settled? If so than what I pulled down from the Delaware website is obsolete. If not, we should stop checking finra site as Finra will not approve until all is settled.

Also, without Finra approval and name change I wonder if any PR without a significant announcement will move this price?

Time will tell, either way I've held a long time and will continue to hold.
