We have a whole bunch to look forward to including :

- TA acquisitions (multiple private TAs acquired)
- Brokerage Acquisition
- Q3 financials showing profit from RIGH debt conversion and improved balance sheet
- 2010, 2011 and 2012 audited financials
- S-1 filing to SEC
- Move up to OTCBB
- new directors and consultants inboard helping to move business plan forward
- Multiple IPO and/or RM deals ongoing and coming soon where BCAP gets a consulting fee, invests in these deals and gets the new company's business with its TA and brokerage
- RIGH conversion of debt, cash payment and/or investment yielding high return for BCAP
- TGGI conversion of debt and/or investment yielding high return for BCAP
- major reduction in AS OS and Float as was promised in late 2011

My prediction for BCAP PPS is no longer 1-2 cents. I now believe 5 cents plus is very much possible with how this plan is coming together !
