If we do in fact get favorable court events for us, then I think we start to see a quick upward correction to realize a market cap sufficient to price in what we may see in settlements. And, my friend, it's feast or famine because if we get these settlements more will likely follow. Our opponents may choose however, to forgo a settlement and let the court proceedings progress.
