It's inconceivable with all the recent developments in the PTAB, SCOTUS rulings that the appeals court will rule against SFOR. But even if the turn out to be corrupt as well,(remember it is a Ca. appeals court) then the SCOTUS will be our last hope. Granted it will tack on more time to get the litigation finalized but vindication will finally be ours. It is MHO that it is SFOR time to get back what was stolen. Hundreds of millions of dollars have be made on the back of SFOR's IP. Money that is rightfully ours.I have complete confidence in Ropes and Grey. It's time for SFOR to GO BABY!!!!!!!!!
