looks the dilutors in Canada Kulwant and Ex CEO Gay are competing with each other on who can dump the most debt shares first. I pulled my bid weeks ago and I will wait for the dilution to end and start bidding off the bottom if we can find one. The mgmt here does not appear to be able to execute and deliver a closed deal for shareholders. I give them a D minus to F plus as far as mgmt goes. My focus will be elsewhere this summer.
