Correct - also, all the $58K net profit from 2018 Q1 held as cash at the bank towards the next acquisition as part of the Strategic Growth Plan published in 2017 Q3 - the first stage of which was the introduction of additional services in the existing 2 offices of the Expressions Chiropractic & Rehab chain which have already resulted in increased revenue and profit in 2017 Q4 and maintained through 2018 Q1.
Acquisitions will be of already profitable locations where the owners want the benefits of being part of a successful brand and being a publicly traded company.
Only 1 month now to the end of 2018 Q2.
