Down to 804M left at .0002 now. It is now a daily occurrence to see 500M > 1 Billion bought at .0002 and / or .0003 since the new rules came out regarding convertible debt selling.
New notes cannot be issued on stocks below .01.
Selling of existing notes must be limited to 20% of the average volume in the last 20 days.
Both the above will now mean they can be no large pick-ups on the bid anymore in the .0001 > .0005 range which the 1-tick flip whales and iHub bashers relied upon.
They will have to buy on the ask to get in a stock now and those holding notes will need to buy to get the volume up before they can sell any.
Don't fall asleep on $INCC.
