I've heard that "owning the float " has been a viable strategy to help stem the manipulation in some OTC companies.
It's possible if you have a steadfast group of dedicated longs that can "weather the OTC storm" and lock it.
Personally, no worries here IMO. There are enough pending catalysts with Fusz to bust the OTC pattern of manipulation.
