That appears to be a rumor started by her ex boyfriend Peter Michaels of HPNN. I don’t know the validity one way or the other. Allegedly Peggy’s username is Pumpkinh8r which would lead me to conclude they are separate individuals. So I’d probably say not Peggy unless other info is produced.
