$PSGR When one reviews the historical development of philosophies, theologies, ideologies, and countries, the obvious conclusions drawn are 1) Nothing occurs overnight 2) There are peaks and valleys during the first years/decades 3) Divergent views impact the final result 4) The end result MAY be worse then the initial position and be unrecognizable to the original image of the creator.
Which brings us to PSGR. #1 above is CERTAINLY accurate....NOTHING profitable for common share investors has occurred over the PAST TWENTY (20) YEARS. A review of the share price charts over the past TWENTY PLUS YEARS illustrates very few Peaks & Valleys....the chart(s) line rests fairly consistently between $0.02/share and $0.05/share...the BRIEF Peaks were around $0.15/share BUT the Peak soon resembled the top of Mt. Helens. AS far as divergent views and the End Result....well, on one side, the views by Corporate Pershing Resources MAY reflect the 'Rome wasn't built in a Day' philosophy. A probable common share holder response may be. "Correct, BUT at least the Romans DID START building!"
As far as the END RESULT...there must be a defined period and location to establish an end result. Pershing Resources has continued to move the End Result by changing the battlefield. First the BS War was fought in Nevada with the MARCO PROJECT, then moved to ARIZONA and the battlefield has jumped around to several locations.
Maybe this is what is known as Guerilla War Business Practices...NEVER tell your shareholders what is REALLY OCCURING.
