Do you have a link to the court filings? Is this speculation on your part or do you have proof?
And why would Clear Trust work "against" NTEK? Last I checked, companies pay for transfer agent services.
Clear Trust handles the various transfer duties for thousands of companies - both OTC Pink and otherwise. They are reputable.
Something else is going on IMO...
