I realized he was backdooring it into the HongKong exchange but it didn't show up on our balance sheet. I think he got 93million HK dollar note for 55% of JinBoe. That would spike the price of JBZY nicely but he didn't put the note on our balance sheet. Also, cant really know if it ever will. So they mentioned the holding company (duh it in the name) they just didn't put anything into it. (which is what I was referring to).
