The thing that is so disappointing is that this was a reverse merger play.
Usually, in a reverse merger, a large amount of assets are brought into the shell giving the company an instant appreciated valuation. This turned out to be a reverse merger with hardly any assets brought in and a reduction in valuation. Very few people were here for the long wait regardless of what they tell us.
Don't believe me. Just go back and read the predictions of this being the biggest ever RM on the OTC.
