The financials basically showed 2 key things that were different,
1) an addition 2.7m in paid in capital from Wang.
2) The last of the debt from the shell paid.
Now, what is the same:
1) not yet approved by PRC for production
2) the share structure. ---->I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS.
