Honestly who would buy into this ICO after the way he ran his public offering TPAC? IF he can find a group to organize and approve an ICO it will never get funded. What he is not telling everyone is the ICO board he was on rejected his ICO request and removed him from the board. There is no white papers because he was denied approval by the ICO board. Can he find another group? Maybe but then it still will need funded and thats not going to happen.
