yep. If you have sell orders in, those shares cannot be borrowed and traded. It can be any price you choose.
I have several orders in above $11.11 and some below. LoL
I’ll adjust as see fit down the road.
But, I envision a very fast run on this puppy. I personally think if Utopya becomes a telecom / smartphone provider. It will break $10 by the end of 2019.
