It is my understanding that we are (much) further along than the "broadcast" suggests.  Next stop: passage through the gate.  That will require us to incorporate the changes into our manuals (that could very well have been completed by now) and showing the changes to the FAA (next week?).  Then there has to be a meeting of Baltia, DOT, and FAA personnel (3 weeks to schedule a date convenient with the FAA and DOT?)....then....we are passed through the gate and allowed to proceed with the remainder (and much more fun and simpler tasks) associated with the certification process.

At that time...passing through the gate....is when we bring the bird home..........
