Last time I checked...the minimum price...
For up listing to the NASDAG was $4...
That would require a reverse 1-4 stock split
So I U had 10,000 shares @ current $1.00
After the split, U would have 2500 shares @ $4
There are other factors as well...am I correct on this?
What would the price at $4 ? I don't have a clue.
Initially it could just sit there until blockbuster news hit !
