Wash trades being utilized by those that are short to walk down the price, increase the average volume so the days to cover isn't as many as it should be and to lower the FINRA short numbers reported at the end of the day. Wouldn't you think that if we can see and understand what they are doing the regulators would not only see it but put a stop to it. Unless............. Go IPIX!!!
