Thanks for the shout Hate Liars.

I feel it is important to have a single comprehensive post with all the good DD on SFOR for new folks to review at a glance.

I know I left a few things out like blocksafe so if anyone would cut and paste my post into a new post and add stuff and others build on that it would be awesome.

If nobody does then I'll try to revisit after awhile and revise.
