that is what it looks like .. it was just about 9 months ago that PTOI saw 52 week low reset to 0006 .. it doesn't take much on low volume to engender NRs' efforts
that said .. NR is salivating in anticipation of what mgmt does next imo
and NR always likes the set up in advance of those holiday time lines .. if able
timing is very much in play .. imo
