See thru Equity just issued another update, not that it means anything:

They mentioned that "Amarantus will initially seek to realize value for its Elto Pharma and Cutanogen subsidiaries."
So I went back and reread the Business Overview. It did say "the key focus for Cutanogen is now on raising private financing so that it can prepare for its own IPO " I missed that before, so I think that we might see a private placement for both Elto and Cutanogen in the near future.
