A logical argument except for three things below.
1) Management set these lofty expectations and have failed miserably at following through to date.
2) Their job as senior management is to know about any regulations that might affect their business plan, marketing or timelines they committed to.
3) The stock price hasn't gone up more than two or three days over the last 45 days.
