Agreed. I don't think ANDI/UTOP is a scam, but they sure are acting like one.
Please don't tell me about confidentiality, non-disclosure, trade secrets, etc. as I read and execute contracts monthly so I understand all those concepts in theory & in practice.
Starkweather was more than happy to discuss ANDI/UTOP with shareholders daily all the while pumping only to clam up right when the share price manipulation was ramping up.
Unless they literally have the "BIGGEST THING THE OTC HAS EVER SEEN" they may have used us to absorb the dilution.
Hate to say it but it is time for management to put up or shut up.
