Need an update on the Form 10 filing since it was not completed by the 15th. I know they said the 1st qtr was being working on a couple weeks ago, but their blog post before that stated everything should be completed by the 15th. Not sure if that happened, but doesn't look like it. Hopefully hear something this week.
