I'm confused on what part you disagree, with 196 million shares outstanding and Elto at a base of 100 million that gives you a minimum of .50 cents a share which is ten times the current share price. That doesn't include any of the other products in our pipeline since we do not have a valuation for them.

So your saying there isn't upside potential???
