The more I think about it this has to be the company buying back in the open market.
Very rarely would you see 4-5M bids that don't run the share price higher and very rarely would you see bidders patient enough to wait for someone to whack their huge bids.....unless they were confident there was a large seller to fill their bids and they knew no news was coming.
Just saying, this drop and hold down seems waaaaaaaay too orchestrated for my tastes especially when you consider management shut up right before it started.
