TY for the clarification - he has a lot of good news and I get that he wants to do a meaningful update - that said the holdback here is nothing from FINRA and he hasn't addressed the audit and the Delaware issue - I think it's Delaware anyway.

I believe those items are keeping this down - he HAS to DELIVER on those items before any new money comes in. He needs to convince investors this isn't your typical, ordinary OTC company.

Even though an audit isn't "required" - he opened himself up to that by saying he was going to get it done.
