It could be any one of the groups named. Penske was just a guess, we don't have enough info. But anyone of the top five dealerships have at least 112 dealerships, we can all see the potential.

I guess being an "approved vendor" means that ONCI has been vetted and all dealerships have the thumbs up to buy from them if the individual dealerships choose to.
