QMC Asia filed 8K informing change of address for head office twice this year (Feb 23, April 20), business must be expanding that the management needs more space. Also filing for change of secretary and Directors. Annual Report date is the company's registration anniversary day (Feb 19, 2016). It has filed 10K in 2017 and 2018 right after the anniversary date of Feb 19.

Hope QMA will go public later and issue free shares to QMC shareholders: Two shares in QTMM receives one QMA share.
