But why has nobody from their company commented on the ticker change and exactly what has been done? Go ahead and put it out there and take it out of your hands. Just tell the truth. And why are they ignoring question after question for five months now about the supposed contracts from CES? Or the two-month-old holdings PR? They said this stuff. Not us.

Public relations is not hard unless you lie or are doing something shady/deceitful. There is no need to be cryptic. Their strategy clearly hasn't worked past the first pump, where they promised all these things that never took place. It's crazy to accept this. They've gone from over promising and under delivering to under promising and under delivering. Neither is the correct strategy.
