I think it's strange that they didn't disclose the actual valuation amount for Elto, why not just give out the figure?

I'm thinking a possibility might be that the valuation was done and paid for by another party, not Amarantus. In the presentation it just said it was being done. In the video, he says "we just got an independent valuation back" Knowing Gerald, he would have said "we had an independent valuation done and it came back at...." so he could have gotten credit. But it sounds more like someone else did it for him.

It might explain why another party who paid for it might not want it disclosed. It could be a lender or some type of partner- who knows? Its the only scenario that makes any sense to me. If they are trying to attract funding or a partner, they should be broadcasting it to everyone, but if someone else paid for it they would want to keep it quiet until a deal is done so they don't have any competition.
