the 64 million dollar question- complicated when u consider the neg 167m retained earnings (losses since inception),options down to as low as 1c, 5 types of outstanding warrants, convertible debt-what impact do those have on future pps
57m shares, dont know whether the well will be commercial or not yet and i dont have enough oil well experience to read between the lines of their last few news pieces.

too many unknowns-i do salute john and others for remaining faithful to the vision for decades- esp when Israel's massive offshore gas fields could easily supply all their energy needs
