As to whether or not I hold shares, it's laughable that you would suggest I don't and would still be in here dealing with the bash crew we seem to have acquired or posting DD as I have several times, nor would I have spent the hours building the DD info board and organizing the information others posted for the easy perusal of both existing shareholders and sideliners trying to decide if they want to make an entry point.

You're barking up the wrong tree Art. I never said you didn't speak to Richard or even that he didn't mention codes. I said show me where it says in the OTC procedure that codes are not needed to file financials on Pink sheets. That is material to your original posts because it would indicate whether or not the next filings will be filed on the Pink exchange or a higher one.
