If you read the last sentance of the PR it states that "there are 1.4 million ARMY endpoint devices worldwide" that needed to be secured. With Mark's info cutoff date of 1 Jan. that means McAfee is still working to complete that ARMY order. Consequently, Mark stated the rounded number of a million.
