I think one of these posts mentioned SFOR requesting Oral Argument. If that is the case, my inclination is that it will be a longer process. If the judge's were ruling on the briefs alone it would be quicker. As long as SFOR wins the appeal, that all I care about right now as far as the case is concerned.
