I am not. I was looking at the FRAP Rules and don't see where the court has ten days to decide. IMO, the only way a decision comes out quickly after the Oral Argument is because the Alice 101 has already been addressed several times this year. But the court needs time to get this on the calendar for an oral argument, should they decide a hearing is necessary.
